Since its opening in 2004, it has designed dinnerware for some of the most respected chefs in the hospitality industry, including those at Eleven Madison Park and Bresca, a Michelin-starred DC restaurant. It has also partnered with big hotels such as Rosewood, Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, NoMad, and Edition. Jono Pandolfi studio is based in Union City, New Jersey, where a team of seven artisans work together to create their dinnerware collections.
