Nintendo Faces Potential Class Action Lawsuit While Mario Maker 2 Dominates Sales Charts | News Wave

Nintendo has been in the news for the Switch recently and the drifting JoyCon issues that have been brought up over and over again by the fanbase online. Now it appears that a law firm is beginning to investigate for a potential class action lawsuit against Nintendo over the defective JoyCon design. The NPD sales results came out for June showing Super Mario Maker 2 at the top when just counting physical copies. The Switch itself was also the best selling system of the month which should continue for quite a while.
