Racial Harmony Day: Students reflect on shared values that connect Singaporeans

Schools across Singapore commemorated Racial Harmony Day. This year's theme, "The Singapore Connection", was aimed at getting students to reflect on the shared experiences and values that connect Singaporeans. President Halimah Yacob and Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Education Low Yen Ling were at Punggol Green Primary School, where they joined students in cultural activities, such as the making of kolam and batik painting.
