Shop for the new 2019 GMC Acadia on CarGurus:
This vehicle isn’t for families who will always need to use three rows of seats. Instead, the GMC Acadia works best for shoppers in the market for a comfortable SUV, and who may need to schlep a few extra kids to soccer practice once in a while. The base 4-cylinder engine provides 193 horsepower, but the true workhorse is the 310-horsepower V6. Properly equipped, a V6 Acadia is capable of towing 4,000 pounds (enough to get the boat and the family to the lake this weekend).
GMC’s infotainment system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and supplies five USB ports and a 120-volt outlet for devices. Safety equipment includes a backup camera, blind-spot monitoring, lane-change assist, automatic high beams, forward-collision warning, and pedestrian detection, although much of this equipment is available only as an option.
Starting prices range from $29,000 for the SL to $47,500 for a Denali AWD. For more information on the 2019 GMC Acadia, read George’s full review on CarGurus:
