Hanna to strengthen into typhoon, threatens quake-hit Batanes | UKG

Tropical storm Hanna will intensify into a typhoon as it creeps closer to Batanes province, where a series of earthquakes last week flattened decades-old houses to the ground and left at least 9 dead, the state weather bureau said August 5, 2019.
