The "pump" is when your muscles swell up during your workout. This is caused from the excessive amount of blood going into the muscle and filling it up the same way you would fill up a water balloon! (CRAZY RIGHT?!?!) This is usually achieved by doing repetitive motions and holding the squeeze (or contraction). This "pump" sends nutrients through the blood to reach the muscle to help repair the microtears in the muscle that naturally occur with working out!
A good booty pump can last up to 2 hours!! So try this fun workout and lift your booty with me!!
