Prolonged protests will lead to long-term deterioration of Hong Kong: Study

As protests continued in Hong Kong, researchers from the National University of Singapore said the city had to tackle issues like income inequality to quell the growing discontent among its residents. They also cautioned that prolonged protests would lead to significant long-term deterioration of Hong Kong.
