A Day in the Life of a Teacher 🍎 | Make Your Classroom Engaging! | Owl Pellet Lab 🦉🦴 Hey everyone! Allow us to take you all back to school during our a day in the life of a teacher vlog! We are both science teachers and today, Marcel is going to show you all how to make your classroom engaging. Also seen during this video is an Owl Pellet lab. Real bones are seen in this video. If you have a weak stomach - viewer discretion is advised! By the way, it doesn't look bad...we just know some of our subscribers may be eating while watching our videos!

Engagement in a class is just as important as teaching a class. Engagement allows students to be active in their learning and interested in the topic being discussed. An easy way to make your class engaging is by simply asking leading questions, relating your content to a current event, and making clear and relevant points of how your lesson relates to real life. Students tend to ask often - "When am I going to need this in life?" When students ask this questions that often is a sign of your student not being interested and ultimately engaged with your lesson. In today's video Marcel talks about the importance of student engagement and why labs are important in the science classroom. Thanks for watching and see you all next time!
