Take a scene, just about any scene, and add an Akita dog to it. The result is something that is somehow warmer than it was before, with a dash of nostalgia A family in rural Akita Prefecture goes for an outing with their Akita dog, Aki-chan. She’s on the timid side, but she has a gentle disposition. And they say that their family has become more harmonious since she became part of it. They’re glad Aki-chan is with them, and so is she.
