Bakgatla-Ba-Kgafela approach the court to set aside the commission's findings

Bakgatla-Ba-Kgafela in Moruleng, North West has approached the court to set aside the Maluleke Commission's findings. The commission was established to look into the mismanagement of Bakgatla assets and funds. It found that Bakgatla Head, Kgosi Nyalala Pilane, embezzled the community out of millions of rands.
