LED stands for light emitting diode. LED bulb have several LEDs and all connected in series. Bulb may be damaged internally or externally, here internally means inner circuit and externally means LEDs. If LED is damaged then you can fix it easily. Actually all the LEDs are connected in series, consider that any LED is damaged, that means circuit is break (or incomplete). We know that if circuit is not complete then there is no flow of current, we know if current is not flowing in the circuit then any of LEDs will not glow. So, we have to to complete the circuit by removing the damaged LED and connecting both terminal left behind after removing LED with the help of soldering machine. And finally your LED bulb is fixed. This is whole procedure to fix any damaged LED bulb.
