It's a crucial day for former Water Resources Minister DK Shivakumar as he will be depsoing himself before the ED at 1 PM today in the national capital. In a setback, the Karnartaka High court had yesterday dismissed his plea seeking quashing of ED summons in connection with I-T raid case. DK Shivakumar mighr be arrested in the money laundering case. The ED issued fresh summons soon after Karnataka High Court rejected his plea. There are also speculations that former Minister would be moving Supreme Court against ED summons. ED had issued summons in connection with I-T raids on his Delhi flasts. Rs 8.59 crore unaccounted cash was seized by I-T sleuths after the raid
