Focus on positive communication. I believe that one of the qualities of the Beyonder that is critical: good communication has been neglected. And what I see around me is that Beyonders can influence people dramatically by the way they communicate. The other day I was asked to evaluate a thirteen-page document; this was a speech by a CEO that went out to thousands and thousands of people all over the world.
