In this video I provide the two best ways to stay more consistent with the gym long term. Firstly, you need a diary. Without a diary you will stay erratic, disorganized and all over the place. By having a diary you are affirming to yourself ahead of time when you will be training.
Secondly, you need to follow a workout split you know you can stick to even after factoring in kids, family, girlfriends, hobbies, work and your social life.
