If you are seeking treatment for depression or was recently diagnosed

If you are seeking treatment for depression or was recently diagnosed Hi guys!

I compiled 7 tips on what to do next if you were recently diagnosed with depression/ bipolar disorder, or if you are seeking treatment but don't know how to start.

00:32 Understanding the difference between non generic drugs vs brand name drugs
01:27 Choosing the right pharmacy for you & dispensing fees
04:54 Difference between psychiatrist and psychologist
07:52 Importance of support groups
08:53 Importance of tracking your mood and what triggers you
11:27 Ask others close to you to educate themselves
11:59 Importance of diagnosis and types of depression

I wanted to correct myself, @ 12:49 I meant to say personality type, not *personality disorder*. People with atypical depression are likely to have a personality style of interpersonal hypersensitivity, meaning they expect others will reject or abandon them (Cowan, Back From the Brink, 2013).
