When I attended the #ocwalktoremember a year ago, I was in such a dark place. To be completely honest, I didn’t want to be alive.. It had only been one month since Braxton died, in fact we actually went to pick up his ashes right after the event. I remember arriving to the walk and feeling so warm and welcomed. I saw hundreds of other parents who had also lost their baby and just seeing the smiles on their faces gave me so much hope that one day I would smile again too and that I was going to be okay. This year it was an honor to be an ambassador for @foreverfootprints and to share Braxton’s story to give hope to others. This year I was able to smile! We had the honor of leading the walk with Liam’s parents @faith_before_fear15 and I will never forget this day. It was also so amazing to meet other moms who have followed our journey and also experienced the loss of a baby.
