NYPD OFFICER SHOT, SUSPECT DEAD: Mayor Bill de Blasio and Police Commissioner James O'Neill give an update on the condition of the NYPD officer that was shot and injured in a confrontation with a suspect inside a Harlem building. The suspect was killed.
