Convertri Vs Wordpress Website Speed Test... Ok so everyone knows that Wordpress sites are naturally on the slow side. Although there are a lot of things you can do to improve speed, there are indications that most don't bother.
Maybe it's because there is that much different in ranking however it's huge for site visitors. Most visitors give up in seconds if the load time is poor and I speak from experience!! My sites are slow however I wanted to see just how slow...I wanted to see what would happen if I duplicated some of my Wordpress site pages, put them on Convertri and tested them.
Convertri makes this kind of test really easy by being able to import any site page. One page went from...well, check out the video to see...now you could dive a lot deeper into the stats however just the initial results are still really eye opening. Of course beyond optimizing images, having a content delivery network (CDN) is something of a - don't say it - no brainer.
