The launch of this exhibit was a great success. Honouring the works and achievements of the inventor of television, John Logie Baird, this exhibit is rich with information and artifacts that tell the history of how television came to be. Baird's son, Malcolm Baird, and his grandson, Iain Baird joined founding father of the the MATV Museum, Moses Znaimer, to open the exhibit to the public officially at a gala event and ribbon cutting ceremony hosted at the Zoomerplex, in the heart of Toronto, in Liberty Village, on May 25, 2019.
