Parkville pet cemetery owner gets ultimatum to clean up property

Dozens of pets are buried in the Oakleigh Pet Cemetery in Parkville, which has 3.5 acres of property filled with tombstones, many of which are cracked and unkempt, but all with names of beloved pets.

The cemetery dates back to the 1930s when families would bury their pets in grand fashion.
