5 Easy Ways To Decrease Heart Failure Symptoms & Avoid A Heart Attack Or Stroke
=======================================

Today’s part 2 video series, I’ll quickly reveal 5 easy ways to decrease your heart failure symptoms, strengthen your heart and improve this situation, so you can live a longer and healthier life and avoid a heart attack or stroke.

In part one, I discussed the 5 warning signs of heart failure. So if you haven’t seen that yet, please do so at some point. I’ll give you the direct link to that video at the end of this one.

Manage Fluids
In part one, I discussed one of the symptoms is edema and water retention. So what you want to do is manage your fluids. This means not drinking unnecessary fluids such as sodas, juices, alcohol and energy drinks.

Limit your fluid to clean water, herbal tea and 1-2 cups of black coffee.

Manage Minerals
Your heart is a muscle and it requires minerals to flex, pump and do its job. Make sure you take additional minerals in your diet - such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium.

Limit and avoid sodium, especially those found in packaged foods and when eating out.

However, a little bit of natural Himalyan or Celtic salt on your food is okay and will actually help the heart contract more efficiently.

Manage Your Weight
The less excess pressure you put on your heart, the better. Being overweight means more unneeded work and stress on your heart. So do your best to slowly lose some of that fat weight.

Eat less processed foods, eat more vegetables and take brisk walks daily. Together this will produce much faster results, with less effort. And the walks will strengthen your heart muscle as well.

Manage Your Mood
Your outlook on life, your mood, what you focus on and how you perceive situations in your life, can put undue stress on your heart, if you continually see things from a negative point of view.

You can’t always control stressful situations or your environment or the people around you. However, you can control how you REACT to stress.

You mind, emotions and heart are all interconnected. Please be mindful of this.

Manage Your Vitals
As stated in my original video, heart failure is basically a blood flow problem.

Having plaque in your arteries, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar... all affect your heart in a negative way and decrease circulation.

So make sure you manage your vitals.

You can test your blood pressure at home with automated machines. You can test blood sugar levels as well, with a glucometer.

And you can make simple lifestyle changes that will for sure improve your blood flow, strengthen your blood vessels and decrease plaque buildup in your arteries.

All of this dramatically decreases your risk of getting a heart attack or stroke and guarantees you’ll live a longer and healthier life.
