Steve & Becky HolmanDid you know that once you reach the age of 40, whether you are a man or a woman, your body begins to age FASTER faster than normal? Scientific studies have shown that without the right nutrients and exercises, your body will age about 6 months longer for each year that passes. Think about it! If you are 40, it means that when you are 44 you will FEEL and FEEL like you were 48. And when you reach 60, you WILL FEEL and FEEL like you are 70! We see it every day ... just look around.


Did you know that 90% of people aged 35 and over lose an amount of muscle that would burn 4 pounds of body fat each year? This means that not only do you lose the only thing that creates form, tone and strength for your body, but you put on even more with each passing year, even if the calories you ingest remain the same.
Did you know that you can reverse this process at any age? That there are specific ways of moving, eating and thinking that tell your brain to STOP this rapid aging process ... and also to SLOW it down to the point of being able to age less than a year for each year that passes? This means you can look younger at 40 than when you were 35 ... or, if you're like me and Becky, younger than 50 when we were 40!
This is not a fantastic story and you don't need a boat of anti-aging drugs, supplements or tricks. And it works for anyone, male or female, and for any age. 35, 45, 55, 65, 75 ... and so on and so forth. In fact, biology is exactly the same.


My years as editor of Iron Man Magazine have allowed me to observe the secret routines of the anti-aging experts. Over the years, both Becky and I have collected so many suggestions, tricks and strategies that have allowed us to literally reverse the aging process , at least on a cellular level. This means that we appear, we feel and WE MOVE as if we were younger than our chronological age.
We have taught this system to many men and women over the years, and it always starts with these 5 key principles to be applied in order to stop the rapid onset of the signs of aging, reverse it and begin to "age the contrary" by restoring the natural hormones what you have in your body when you are young.
Having said that, we must warn you : what you are about to read can go against all the conventional diets and the advice you have heard so far. This is because the world has softened! They all do "abdominal workouts", yoga, spin lessons, tai chรญ, which all do just fine, but don't slow down aging, and they certainly won't let you shape your muscles or burn stubborn fat. No way!
These 5 steps will reveal to you what you absolutely MUST avoid if you want to slow down the aging process, recover your health and have the body you've always dreamed of.
What you need is a splash of cold water, a pinch of old school and the pure truth. Sounds good? Then read on!


Step 1: Forget about low-fat diets
Forget Low Fat!Low-fat diets have been the craze for decades and looked around. What did they do for us? We are fatter, sicker and more dependent on sugar and carbohydrates than any other time in history. And we're passing these habits on to our children.
Fats are not to be feared and are not fattening, rather they help the body to regenerate the hormones that give us energy and power. Testosterone, the "strength" hormone, for example, is a direct result of the intake of cholesterol and healthy fats. That's right, "cholesterol" is not a bad word! Your body needs fat and cholesterol to produce ANY vital hormone.
People on a low fat diet have their faces dug, they are thin and weak. They are often sick, sometimes to the point of literally breaking down. And they can never eat with taste. They obsessively count calories with every meal and are afraid of every ounce of fat they ingest. Do you really believe this will make you younger? Of course not ... it will only bother you to die, if it doesn't kill you first!
