Ingredients:-
Duck Meat- 1 1/4 Kg
Ginger- 2 Pieces (Sliced)
Green Chillies- 7 nos
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Whole Pepper- 1 tbs
Salt- According to taste
Small Onion (Shallots)- 1/2 Kg (Sliced)
Coriander powder- 3 tbs
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tbs
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup
Coconut oil- 1/4 cup
Vinegar- 1 1/2 tbs
Coconut milk (second extract)- 2 cups
Thick coconut milk- 1 cup
For Tempering:-
Small Onion (shallots)- 6 nos (sliced)
Coconut oil- 1 1/2 to 2 tbs
Curry leaves
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
