Today we are going to go over better ways to plan your next project; the steps to take, and how you can smooth the path to success. Our guest today is Randi Bilbo. She is the Owner/Designer of Royal Standard Design and a returning guest. Randi was last with us on Episode 68 almost a year ago. Check that episode out if you’d like to learn more about outsourcing your design work.
Her primary function for the past 8 years has been working directly with General Contractors and Homeowners to create functional space plans, source quality material, and execute project management for kitchen, bath and whole house remodels.
She liaises between the client, general contractor and subs to make sure the design is executed per the plan, where she provides professional guidance throughout the remodeling process and give clients the peace of mind that they desire while their personal space is being transformed.
Randi started her first design/build remodeling company in Olympia, WA in 2002 and has now been in the design & remodeling industry for the past 17 years. She currently lives in Phoenix, AZ and when she’s not sourcing products or on a job site, she is spending quality time with her husband, cooking new recipes, and refining her business skills and systems.
