What I found is that per hour you receive 4 EVs in the PokeJobs EV training missions, but per hour having a Power Item you gain an additional +8 EVs of whatever Power Item you would like - it does not need to match the stat you are training through the PokeJobs themselves.
MY RESULTS
Sizzlipede with no item, 24 hours with ATK PokeJobs
+96 ATK EVs
Sizzlipede with Power Bracer (+ATK), 24 hours with ATK PokeJobs
+252 ATK EVs
Roselia with Power Anklet (+SPD), 24 hours with SP.ATK PokeJobs
+96 SP.ATK EVs
+192 SPD EVs
You can buy Power Items in the City of Hammerlocke inside the main Pokemon Center for 10 BP and you can EV train 10 Pokemon per stat at a time. With the use of a Power Item matching the stat you are PokeJob-EV training you can get 252 EVs (the maximum in a single stat) in less than 24 hours!
This means that with a total of 600 BP you can get 10 of each Power Item and fully EV train 20 POKEMON in only 2 days. This will significantly increase the value of mass breeding and mass training, which leads to the option of realistically trade Battle Ready Pokémon with one another!
My specialty Pokemon that I will mass breed and mass train will be Corviknight, Togekiss and Eeveelutions.
