Minneapolis City employee parks wherever he wants!

"I'll park wherever I want! I am the city, motherfucker!" says a City of Minneapolis employee after he blocks the bike lane, forcing two metro transit busses to go around, all to save a few seconds by not using the parking lot feet away.
