Teamwork ! Watch a Duluth neighborhood tackle the snow

As many have heard, the Twin Ports got hit with a significant snow event over the holiday weekend. As you can see the side road was not getting plowed, the city concentrated on snow emergency routs and main roads first. The neighbors on this side road all got together and cleared the road themselves! Like the Title says, Teamwork!
