Some people are unsure what CRRT is - at its most basic, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapies (CRRT) are dialysis treatments that are provided as a continuous 24 hour per day therapy. #CRRT #NEPHROLOGY #nursing

In addition, Renal replacement therapy is therapy that replaces the normal blood-filtering function of the kidneys. It is used when the kidneys are not working well, which is called kidney failure and includes acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease.
