There are a large number of factors that led to Brexit. But with support for leaving the EU being predominantly in England, is there a sense that devolution in other parts of the UK led to some disaffection amongst the English? If there had been a devolved English parliament, would this have prevented enough resentment that Brexit would not have been supported by a majority at all?
