How to make 2 different kinds of vegan cheese - hands-on workshop at the Alice Smith School! VEGAN CHEESE WORKSHOP at The Alice Smith School, Kuala Lumpur.

In line with their move towards a more sustainable future, the Alice Smith school invited me to conduct a vegan cheese workshop for their teachers.

This was a hands-on, interactive workshop in their lovely cooking room.

The teachers learnt more about:

1. The different kinds of vegan cheese bases
2. How to easily and quickly incorporate the fermented element into vegan cheese
3. What ingredients make a vegan cheese delicious
4. 2 different kinds of yummy cheeses
