Iran's initial report says Flight 752 was on fire before crash Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 was on fire immediately before it crashed southwest of Tehran, killing all 176 aboard, according to an initial report by Iranian investigators. Aviation expert and former pilot John Cox says information in such an early report is likely to change as investigators learn more.
