Today's video is a little different for our channel, we honestly have been a bit comprehensive about posting this one, but after posting our eating Indian food for 24 hours, a lot of you had wanted to see the recipe of this, so here it is! We really hope you guys enjoy this video, we promise to keep posting many vegetarian recipes also in the future. The recipe is listed below:

THE RECIPE:
Ingredients:
As much lamb/mutton meat as you would like to add
4 small red onions (or 3 large)
Just over half a clove of garlic
Fistful of ginger
2 green chillis
Chopped tomato (either 1 can of chopped tomatoes or 3 fresh ones)
Any type of curry paste you would like (I use a meat curry one)

Get the onions, ginger, garlic, tomato, green chillis, and grind together. Heat up oil in pan (just enough to cover the bottom of the surface) and add a pinch jeera (cumin seeds) until they brown. Add the grinded vegetables to this, and stir. While this is frying, chop up the lamb for later. Once this is fried for a few minutes then add the tomatoes and grinded chillis, and stir. Next, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of garam masala, and stir. Stir until the colour changes to be dark, adding water every now and again as needed. Add in your pre-made masala mix to this (optional - just adds more flavour), and stir and let simmer for a few minutes. After this has simmered, add lamb to this, stir well and cover with lid for 5 minutes. Then, remove lid and add enough water to this until the lamb is fully covered, and put the lid back over the pan. Leave this until the water has thickened and lamb is cooked, stirring every now and then (this for me usually takes about an hour and a half of cooking). Add more salt if needed, and I enjoy adding in coriander at the end for more flavour.
