The SKAKO CONCRETE ATLANTIS, is a high-performance, planetary mixer, and the result of over 90 years of mixer evolution.
ATLANTIS is designed to optimize mixing, cleaning, discharging, energy consumption, maintenance and safety in everyday use.
For quicker maintenance the inside of the mixer is covered with wear plates with stud-welded fixing bolts. Allowing easy and fast replacement.
Integrated in the top of the mixer, is the state-of-the-art gearbox that is able to start under full load.
Quicker mixing is achieved with the unique two-level shovel technology, with a patented shovel shape.
This ensures better controlled high-intensive mixing and works with SCC concrete as well as all other types of concrete.
Adjusting the shovel is simple and fast with SKAKO Concrete’s specially developed system, - no bolts and no nuts are used.
The smooth surface of the mixer ensures a cleaner working environment. Water and electrical lines are hidden under specially designed covers.
Varied shovel design, counter-current movements and different speeds of turning shovels creates shifting pressure and vacuum zones, eliminating dead zones.
It speeds up the mixing process and produces a better and homogeneous concrete.
Cleaning of the non-stick surfaces is done by the high-pressure cleaning system working at 170 bar water pressure. The interior of the mixer is designed without sharp edges, - this facilitates the cleaning, keeps the concrete from getting trapped, and prevents the new batch from being mixed with old concrete. The need for manual cleaning is eliminated.
The high-level safety system for door openings with key interlock, meets advised quality levels and reaches higher performance levels than required by EU safety standards, keeping workers safe while servicing the mixer through the large side-mounted hatches.
The ATLANTIS mixer provides up to 23% faster discharge. This is possible because of a particular placement, design and size of the hydraulically controlled discharge gate.
