______
LEGAL, ETC:
The Channel finalized the following verbiage for all subsequent videos, on December 19, 2019: The music is used by permission of the copyright holder, which is documented near the end of the video. The images are used by permission or are in the public domain (USA). Audio and visual permissions are documented near the end of the video. The content is safe for everyone but is "not made for kids" as defined by YouTube, the COPPA Act, etc. Simplistically, not made for kids means the video is not aimed at kids (kids = people under age 13) and does not have "child-attractive" elements. In YouTube's system, it is thus marked by the Channel owner "not made for kids". In November 2019, the Channel suspended 300 fast-moving and bright graphics-based classical, rock, and jazz visualizations videos that didn't neatly fall into YouTube's entirely binary "made for kids"/"not made for kids" COPPA-related 2019 settlement pertaining to YouTube's tracking of "kids'" data, targeted ads, etc. This Channel is not now and never will be monetized and thus will not place ads (though the music copyright holder may independently place ads), and the channel seeks and accepts no patronage or other income. New nature- and art-themed illustrations of Frederick Delius and other Masters will be following, probably about one per week. Content is safe for persons of all ages, but not made for "kids" (persons under age 13), and is expected to appeal to those age 18 and older. In short, under the binary choice provided by the platform, this video has been marked in YouTube's system as "not made for kids" (since it was not "made for kids").
