B-Roll from the Broad River just north of downtown Columbia, South Carolina. Various clips from the low head dam and the Columbia Canal Diversion Dam/Three Rivers Greenway. More various shots from the I-20 overpass over the Broad River along with floodwaters approaching a Norfolk Southern rail line out of Columbia. The river flow at the time this was taken was approximately 107,000CFS according to the USGS Gauge. River crest is expected sometime during the day on Sunday, February 9th, 2020.
