KARACHI: The list of officers and employees of Sindh government benefiting from the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has surfaced.
According to the list, 938 officers of education and other departments benefited, including up to grade 20 officers.
The report states that 50 officers received money from BISP in their own name while 888 officers received money in the name of their spouse.
Most of the officers on the list who benefit from the Benazir Income Support Program are from the Department of Education and most are Town Education officers.
The beneficiaries include officers from the Department of Health, Agriculture and Police, Sports, Social Welfare, and Livestock.

It is to be noted that showcase notices have been issued by the federal government to the officers and employees of the Benazir Income Support Program.
Remember that in the past days, the federal government expelled more than 820,000 citizens from the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP).
It is now revealed through the list of persons who were expelled from the BISP that the exiles included senior government officials.
According to the documents, top government officials from all four provinces and the federal government also benefited from the Benazir Income Support Program.
According to the documents obtained, 2,543 officers from Grade 17 to Grade 21 were removed from the list while 1,240 Grade 17 officers also benefited from the Benazir Income Support Program.
Top government officials continue to receive money from BISP in the name of their wives, government officials in Balochistan continue to benefit from the Benazir Income Support Program and 741 government officials wash their hands in the flowing Ganges.
According to the documents, 342 Grade 18 officers in Sindh benefited from the Benazir Income Support Program.
