Govt Refuses To Aid TDB, Won't Give Rs 70 Crore As Allotted In Budget | Mathrubhumi News T'puram: The state government has decided not to disburse the fund of Rs 70 crore, allocated in the previous budget, to the Travancore Devaswom Board, after taking the state's financial crisis into consideration. In addition, the government refused to disburse Rs 80 crore as per the covenant between the state and the TDB. Finance Minister Dr TM Thomas Isaac explained that the revenue of the TDB has increased.
