Hyflux creditors have until Feb 27, 5pm to file proof of claim

Hyflux, the embattled water treatment firm, has postponed its deadline for creditors to file a proof of claim, as a basis to receive payments. The new deadline is by Feb 27, 5pm, due to a court hearing scheduled for Feb 20. All creditors, except holders of Notes, Perpetual Securities, and Preferences Shares, are to submit their proofs by post or email. Failure to do so by the stated date will mean the inability to lay claim to any payment should it arise. The Singapore High Court will hear on Feb 20 if Hyflux can further extend its debt moratorium beyond Feb 28.
