PEOPLE WILL INITIALLY FEEL THE HEAT OF TARIFF HIKE: CABRAL_Prudent Media Goa

Power Minister Nilesh Cabral has stated that people will initially feel the heat of the tariff hike and later things will be ok. Cabral has stated that government has no fund to bare the subsidy cost load on electricity. He has disclosed that government has to shed out ₹ 5.25/unit.
Cabral has also expressed willingness to produce ‘white paper’ on balance sheet of Power department.
