Videos can use content-based copyright law contains reasonable use Fair Use ( ROYAL Mail is hiking the price of stamps — with first class rising 6p to 76p.  The increase, from March 23, will also see second class go up by 4p to 65p.  The postal giant’s announcement yesterday came just 11 months after it last increased stamp prices.  It sparked anger from small firms, who say it will hit their businesses.  Royal Mail said the hikes are “necessary” to ensure the sustainability of its universal service.  It added it is “operating in a challenging business environment” and is likely to be loss-making in the next financial year.  But Mike Cherry, national chair of the Federation of Small Businesses, said: “We should be doing all we can to support small firms to grow and succeed.  “Hikes like this only prevent that. From next month it’ll be twice as expensive to post a letter as it was in 2006.” Consumer experts are urging people to stock up on stamps before the price rise — as they will still be valid any time after the increase.
