This color animated film is about making a schedule and sticking to it for business needs. There is no copyright at the beginning or end of the film so the date of the production remains unclear but is circa the early 1950s.

Opening titles: Republic Steel Corporation Presents A LITTLE TIME FOR HENRY (:06-:21). Animated film begins. A man named Henry is rushing and he's late. He talks with a secretary and thinks. He has meetings tomorrow. A clock is shown. Henry leaves and sees lots of laughing clocks who have faces. He passes by a barber shop. Henry gets a haircut and stares at a clock (:22-2:35). A cat clock moves, other clocks are shown. Clocks discuss time. Henry hears a clock going off and gets up. He lays back down in the chair at the barber shop. More clocks are shown (2:36-4:56). Henry is shown getting up at 7am, he rushes to breakfast and writes while eating. Henry makes a call in a phone booth. Electric wires. Henry walks around. A man has piles of paper. Henry sits on a bench. Two men talk and then have lunch (4:57-7:08). People talk on the phone. Henry rushes around town. Then gets yelled at by a boss before making a phone call. Henry goes to a movie. Gets tired and falls asleep. Henry hears chimes and gets out of the barber chair. He rushes away back to the office (7:09-9:16). Pete is a guy who works like Henry. He writes things and keeps a schedule. Paper and mail on a desk. A schedule sits on a desk. Pete makes new calls for new business (9:17-11:14). Multiple schedules on a desk. Pete looks at his desk. A schedule is shown on the screen (11:15-12:14). Close on the schedule. Faces. A schedule is written on. Pete meets with a client (12:15-14:20). Writing on the back of a schedule. The clock talks about sticking to a schedule. Pete comes back to the office (14:21-15:23). Make a schedule, how to do this and what a businessman should do is explained on screen (15:24-16:23). Henry comes back to the office. Looks over his desk (16:23-16:54) End credits (16:55-17:06).
