We generally look at the story of Joseph and see his brothers reject him as Jesus was rejected. We see Joseph's brothers come full circle and repent for what they did to their brother. Yet, we forget some very important elements of the story. One Joseph's brother never receives sight in Israel and secondly, we forget the types of the Church in this story the Gentiles who imprison him.
