Background: I am a 26-year-old living with my husband, 1-year-old daughter and sister-in-law in a 2 bed, 2 bath + loft apartment in Denver, Colorado. We split the rent with my SIL and we live in a pretty dang expensive area. We are working on paying down nearly $90,000 in debt and we only have $36,000 to go.
