Date palm juice made juggery mixed stream(Vapa) Cake(Pitha) is most popular cake item at village in winter season. men, women & Kids love to eat this stream cake in morning time. Our pride women make about 400 pieces of winter stream cake in custom made big size cake making pot. To make this stream cake women use about 40 KG rice flour and 15KG of date palm juice made juggery. Kids love this stream cake so much.
In Bengali called this traditional winter cake "Vapa Pitha" and very much popular cake all over the country. Even in city you will find this cake every road side.
After making this tasty winter cake women serve the cake to whole village people.
