Nursing home residents in isolation after worker diagnosed with coronavirus

Nursing home residents in isolation after worker diagnosed with coronavirus Nursing home residents have been placed in isolation after a Sydney aged care worker was diagnosed with coronavirus.

The NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard confirmed two of the 11 residents being isolated are displaying symptoms of the virus.

Concern is being raised over the spread of the disease after six new cases were confirmed in NSW including a third case of human-to-human transmission.

Panic buying of items such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer has led to Woolworths placing a limit on the amount of toilet paper a customer can buy to four packets per customer.
