Tattoo Covering Concealer Under £5 ?? | Does It Really Cover?

Hey Guys!!

In todays video I review a concelear thats under £5 that claims to be tattoo covering and waterproof!!
I really put Essence Camouflage Matt Concealer under the test by using my hand tattoos to see if the concealer will cover them up and if the concealer is really waterproof!
