For the first time in Australia, Victoria's Public Sector employers will be required to set gender targets in an effort to address inequality. It's long been the case in Victoria that male public servants are paid 11 percent more than their female counterparts.
And according to the World Economic Forum, gender equality nationwide is heading in the the wrong direction.
