IS APPOINTMENT OF CONSULTANT ‘KPMG’ JUSTIFIED? :RAVI NAIK_Prudent Media Goa

Industries Minister Vishwajit Rane has disclosed that IPB has cleared around 179 projects while, only 96 projects have come up. Proposed employment was 28 thousand while till date only 3478 have been generated. Replying to query rose by Ponda MLA Ravi Naik about appointments of consultant who are paid ₹ 1250/hour, Rane has stated that government would rethink over the issue. Chief Minister has stated that IPB was constituted to attract investments in State thereby generating employment. CM has also disclosed that government is open over the issue of employment generation through IPB.
