Rats in the skid row area are out of control and not being exterminated. Diseases like the typhus and plague have been reported. Trash is not being picked up in the down town areas of Los Angeles. Eric Garcetti and Governor Gavin Newsom say this is a problem for President Donald J. Trump to deal with. I think Eric Garcetti and Gavin Newsom should be "Recalled." They don't seem to be interested in doing their job. Both men are guilty of malfeasance.
