AppDynSys : Spherical Pendulum : Spin Around

The previous simulation of a spherical pendulum was a bit dull, in that each pendulum swung within a plane, due to the lack of initial angular velocity. If we "kick" the system with a twist, then we can see pendula swinging outside of a plane. This is pleasant to watch.
